After accumulating an extensive level of professional experience and having an access to a considerable pool of seafarers we are pleased to extend our services for crewing management.
We offer a complete service of recruiting Russian crewmembers. All seafarers in our database possess valid Certificates of Competence and Сertificates according to International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchman for seafarers’ requirements (STCW 78/95). In addition to all required certificates our candidates have relevant sea going experience on board of 1000-7000 dwt dry cargo vessels (mini-bulkers, sea-river vessels, mpp and roro vessels).
As a holder of a license of Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation our company has contractual relationships with Maritime Administrations of all ports in Russia. Consequently, we are able to process all legal paper work and write out submissions for:
- Endorsement of Crew List
- Issue of a Seafarer’s Identity Document
- Issue of a Seaman’s Book
- Recording of a rank in a Seaman’s Book
- Issue/extension of Certificates
- Training
- Medical examination
One of our essential advantages is that Transmarine Shipmanagement meets the requirements of the “International Labour Organization Convention 2006” which will come into force in 2011. It is important to know that once this Convention came into force, ship owners are obliged to prove cooperation with those companies attested in accordance with this Convention.

- ILO Convention (№ 179) about hiring and employment of seafarers;
- ILO recommendation (№ 186) about hiring and employment of seafarers.
