Transmarine Shipmanagement Ltd provides a full package of consultancy services to outside investors and to 3^rd parties for acquisition and technical/commercial management of second hand ships including: 

• broker’s services for sale & purchase negotiations, pre-purchase survey of technical condition and ship’s  history,  change of ownership, re-flagging and ships registration, business plan development;
• technical management offer in compliance with estimated budget for a period of vessel’s management contract (including crewing, safety management system (SMS) and issues of Flag Administration and Classification Society);
• offers of charter out or other ways of ship’s employment to substantiate investors’ business plan, to justify the budget and to ensure healthy cash flow.
